Hi, I’m Camelle, and I run Barre Fitness with Camelle.

My mission? To help women feel at home in their bodies.

The fitness industry is noisy—full of promises that don’t deliver. Most of it is designed to make you feel like you’re not enough. But you are.

I know because I’ve been there. In 2012, three weeks before a performance in Singapore, my body quit—heart issues, stress, too much cardio.

Surgery saved me, but I spent two years avoiding movement, numbing out, and feeling disconnected from myself.

Then barre found me. Between university classes, I stumbled into teaching it, and something clicked.

It wasn’t about chasing goals or punishing workouts—it was about moving with purpose and discovering what my body could do. And I saw it: women of all ages finding strength, grace, and joy.

That’s what I’ve built for you—movement that fits your life, your body, your time.

No confusion. No fitness-world nonsense. Just a path forward, on your terms.

I know this could help a lot of people. I'd love to share one of the trainings I've created.

The Barre workout is a mixture of ballet, Pilates, yoga and fitness techniques. 

No dance experience or flexibility required.
